The printed book includes all the forms needed for normal applications.
(For those uncommon situations where people are asked for additional information we have supplementary information available).
The online component of the Victorian Probate Kit
After buying your Probate Kit you register it and get a free 6 month subscription to our online resources, which include
- An "e-book" on a range of probate related chapters. You can search this e-book for quick access to subjects of interest to you.
- A filled-out sample showing how to fill out your application. (We have many samples, and you select the one that best suits the Will that you have). The sample application makes it "as simple as 1-2-3". (One kit user described it as "like following the yellow brick road")
