Ordering Legal Kits

How to Order

Our kits are available in "printed book" form only (i.e. not online or emailable or faxable), and you can order them in these ways:

• Online Order Form
• human to human, or
• on paper (FAX or mail).

Kits are usually mailed to you within 24 hours of order. If there is any delay we advise by email to the email address you give on the order.

Order Methods

• ONLINE : quick,  easy, convenient

  (NOTE: we use high power 128 bit SSL encryption for your order details, so that your details are encrypted on their way to us).
   
• HUMAN TO HUMAN: This is a totally new communication technique that we have invented as the answer to "telephone rage". (Telephone rage is an hysterical state caused by suppliers who insist that you communicate by pressing buttons. It sometimes results in the breakage of telephones as they hit walls).
  
  Our human to human communication technique works this way:
  1) you dial our number
  2) we pick up the phone and say "hello"
  3) we listen to what you say - and we talk.
  
  Quite simple really!
  
  If you order by phone using a credit card, we key the card details straight into an EFTPOS terminal. We never record credit card details anywhere, which we believe gives you the best security of all.

  9:30 am to 12:30 pm  OR   or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
  (True confessions time: we acknowledge that outside the hours shown above it is possible that you might get an answering machine - but at least you can say what you like to it).
   
• FAX or MAIL: you can print out our (printer friendly) order form and
